TIP OF TEXAS Federal Credit Union has operational procedures in place to comply with Federal Regulations. Regulations include, but not limited to, Privacy Act, USA Patriot Act, Funds Availability, Truth-In-Savings, and Truth-In-Lending. Also, our Board of Directors has implemented policies, for the credit union, as recommended by the National Credit Union Administration. All required information is given to you at the time you open your account. We do require specific documentation at the time your account is opened (please contact the credit union as to what documents will be needed). Pamphlets are available upon request.
